Our team of site liaison officers conduct regular site visits to support the continuous improvement of your waste management strategy. They’ll review what waste is being generated on site, as well as how your skips and bins are being utilised. The team will also analyse staff behaviour and support with training and education to ensure best practice is followed right across your site.
Training and education is a key part of any waste management strategy. That’s why it forms a crucial pillar of our partnership with you. We’ll utilise webinars, toolbox talks and site signage to help train your entire workforce on waste management best practice to ensure the guidelines put in place are followed.
We have a range of site signage we can provide to guide the correct behaviours. These include large boards and banners to aid use of your waste compound, as well as front-of-house posters and stickers for public areas.
Our best practice guides can be distributed across your sites to ensure consistency. However, we understand that one site does not fit all. That’s why we work with you to understand what works for your business. This knowledge and insight can then be shared across your sites to drive efficiencies.
